  • 1754 Asbury Ave (1st Floor) - Beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 Bath Condo. Gorgeous front porch on Asbury Avenue within easy walking distance to shops, cafes and Starbucks. Only two short blocks to beach and boardwalk makes this location ideal for a true Ocean City vacation experience.

    All new furniture and stainless steel appliances give this home a modern and luxurious feel. Dedicated garage and 1 car driveway. Condo has washer, dryer, dish washer, 2 large flat screens TV's and wifi access. All new granite counter tops, beautiful wood floors and ceiling fans will leave even the most discerning vacationer very satisfied. Sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

    1st Floor Condo - 3 bedroom and 2 Full baths. (sleeps 6)
    - Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with full bath
    - Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
    - Bedroom 3 - 2 twin beds

    To hold your week, we require along with the signed rental agreement, 50% upfront and 50% 60 days prior to check in (this total will include $300 refundable security deposit) and a $125 nonrefundable cleaning fee. Payments are accepted via check and Venmo.

    All Rentals are weekly rentals only (from Saturday to Saturday). No weekend rentals, no pets and no smoking. No senior week! Check-in time 4.00pm - Check-out time 11.00am.
