Bluetooth stereo available \* Third Floor Master Bedroom with King bed and full bath and separate balcony, 2 additional bedrooms 1 with Queen bed and 1 with twin / full sized bunk beds, full bath and washer dryer. Also included: gas grill, 10 Beach chairs, beach umbrella, 10 beach tags, and fishing poles. Available by the week (Saturday to Saturday) from Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day weekend. Weekly Rate is $5,900 Per week excluding Taxes and VRBO fees. Linens pillows and towels are included in the rental rate. Seven night minimum booking. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS/ NO SMOKING SORRY NO Bachelor or Bachelorette parties. We take great care in assuring that the home is clean and in exquisite condition. The townhouse is also located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. Upon Check out. All trash must be removed from the property and taken to the Brigantinek Recycle Center on 38th Street. No trash is to be left in any of the interior or exterior trash receptacles. The house was big enough for our 3 families that included all the kids. The house was just as the pictures showed on the listing, and very clean. The large quantity of beach chairs, beach carts and beach wagon made getting to and from beach a whole lot easier (less than a block), and the outdoor shower & hose made it easier to keep the sand out of the house. The home is nicely decorated and modern, with the kitchen well equipped. The owners left us a nice note upon arrival, welcoming us into their home. The beach is just a few steps away, with a guard stand at the beach access point. Mini golf is a few streets over and a fantastic deli is a few streets in the other direction, all within walking distance. Our stay could not have been better. ##### Scott K. It is in a great location, convenient to the beach, food, Atlantic City, etc. The owners were excellent to deal with and answered all of our questions. The house had everything we needed.
