All of us, my husband our children and our infant grandson had an amazing week! The location was great with most everything you may need just a short walk away. We loved game nights at the huge dining room table. The sound system play the soundtrack of our vacation, including lullabies during naptime that put more than the baby to sleep. Gordy thought of everything; the house was impeccable … from the thoughtfully laid out floor plan to the beautifully decorated rooms. To quote my 17 year old nephew after he first toured the home, ‘this is the best house we’ve ever stayed in,’ and we all wholeheartedly agreed. Only a few houses from the bay and its gorgeous sunsets, the home is situated only a couple blocks from the beach, shops and restaurants on Ocean Avenue. The floor plan was perfect for large groups with ample of room for gatherings and game nights. The kitchen was large, modern, serviceable, and everything was in working order. We made great use of the wine fridge and ice machine. It was large and sat our group of 11 very comfortably. The A/C was perfect, the wi-fi was fine, the bathrooms spacious and very clean, the carpets were also very clean and the decor was pleasing. The owners were very responsive and helpful when we reached out to him. All in all we rate our week's stay at this property as top notch. Very strongly recommend it for anyone looking to spend time at Brigantine. ##### steven o. This house was perfect for our 2 families and my mother. We loved the indoor space, especially the bar area and ice maker! The kids loved the upstairs hangout room and everyone enjoyed the back patio and fire pit! We brought our bikes, but the kids loved walking to Sea Star beach shop and SoulBerri smoothie shop. Plenty of space, everyone had their own bedroom and full bath. The house was as lovely as the pics on the website. Nicely decorated. I was concerned at first about the distance to the beach but it was fine and not too long. In fact we all liked being away from the busier streets near the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Plenty of parking was a plus. The patio was perfect for late afternoon cocktails and a little singing! It’s a beautiful house — clean and well designed for the purpose. Walkable to the beach and with plenty of room. Gordy was really responsive— very much appreciated.
