  • This attractively decorated and very well kept 4 BR, 2 Bath home is located just steps from the beach and boardwalk. It has all the comforts of home (including a 55 inch Smart TV in the Living Room, a 32 inch Smart TV in the Master bedroom and TVs in each of the other three bedrooms) along with a fully functioning kitchen and dining area. It offers gorgeous cathedral ceilings in the main area and master bedroom (with a Sleep Number mattress) and an over-sized, private front and back deck for your comfort, as well as a roof sun deck! Breezy in the summer and cozy in the winter, it's available year round for a wonderful and restful get-away. Located on the second floor for quiet and privacy and in a very well kept area, this is a place you will be glad you chose for your next get away or vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location can't be beat, everything was super clean, and our host was fantastic and incredibly kind. This location is so close to the beach and boardwalk that it makes access super easy! This is a gem of a find and we would definitely return! Best Host, Perfect Location

We booked last minute for a family wedding and the home was perfect. We were able to walk to most events and you are right at the boardwalk! The best was Julie our host, she was more than accommodating. And my kids loved the recliners at end of sectional. Will definitely come back.

My husband and I and our adult children had a wonderful week staying at this very well-appointed home close to the beach and boardwalk. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. We especially enjoyed the 3 decks! This is now our go-to place to stay when we are in OCNJ!

The host is very nice and checked in via text before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo is excellent, nicely updated with lots of room, a vaulted ceiling living room, and larger kitchen with plenty of counter space and seats. The fireplace, outdoor decks, and rooftop deck were also very nice. This VRBO listing feels like a nice home away from home. I highly recommend the condo and the host.

Family house for son’s wedding

Great customer service right from the start! I can tell Julie takes renting her property very seriously and wants to ensure everything is perfect from the start! She is a wonderful host and the house was much more than we expected!!! Nothing was overlooked to a fully stocked kitchen with coffee and spices to cook with, to games, and everything you could ever need to take to the beach! Would highly recommend!!

Girls getaway

The house was perfect for our winter girls getaway. The TV and large open room allowed us to stream our conference and all gather together for food and fellowship! Thank you for every careful detail you attended to from coffee to laundry soap! It was a well stocked kitchen for all our yummy meals as well. We will sure to book again next time!

Great house with an ideal locations

The house in about one block off the beach /boardwalk and is easily walkable to go to the bathroom or get food food etc. It comes with everything. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, coolers, bikes and a grill. It was clean and fit us all perfectly. We loved the multiple decks and the proximity to the boardwalk and shopping. The owner checked in numerous times to make sure everything was good. I recommend this property without hesitation

So relaxing

This property made me feel so relaxed the moment I arrived. I can't even pinpoint what it was just the feel and comforts of home. My husband and I just need to get away and relax and this was the perfect fit, close to the beach where we took walks, close to the boardwalk where we enjoyed the halloween parade, and close to the restaurants to get out to eat. We only drove once and that was just to explore the sights. We already booked our next stay! :)

Wonderful Beachside Experience!

My family and two dogs stayed at Sunrest this past week and we had an outstanding expetience with our host Julie as well as the property. The home was in tip top condition in regards to quality of furnishings and cleanliness. The location was PERFECT with a very short walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops on Asbury. Julie went above and beyond to deliver an exceptional experience for my family. I'm so grateful and recommend Sunrest to anyone. 10 out of 10 experience and it was so fresh and clean you wouldnt know it was pet friendly. Amazing!

Julie was such a great host to work with. We had stayed at another one of her locations before and she told us about this one, on the first floor, but exact same set up. We were happy to be on the lower level. She was so attentive and helped me out with so many things. For sure, we will rent with her again!
