There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths -- open the kitchen sliding door to hear the waves crashing or walk to the beach in 30 seconds! We're back after a 2 year rental hiatus while we lived here ourselves. Lots of upgrades over that time with all the details below... Beach: Oceanside beach access at the end of the street. We're the 5th house from the beach and offer beach towels, chairs, and 8 beach tags provided. Indoors: Central air, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, 5 brand new beds, new furniture, and beach decor. TVs, cable, wifi, Netflix, BluRay player, Xbox w/games, board games, and books for the unfortunate rainy days. Linens and towels provided. Outdoors: patio chairs and table with umbrella, grill, coolers, cornhole. Outdoor shower for washing off after the beach. Off-street parking for 5 cars. Tesla charger available (for additional price). Additional Rec Room: You also have access to our detached garage converted to a pseudo rec room. It includes a wet bar with 3 bar stools, table hockey, and couch. Perfect for storing bikes, fishing gear, etc. Our home is all one story and there are only 4 steps (just getting into the house). Perfect for toddlers and anyone who has trouble with stairs. Brigantine is a very quiet, cozy and relaxing family friendly town that you will enjoy year round! There are restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops, playgrounds, golfing, fishing, jet ski rentals, etc. just minutes away. Atlantic City is just a 10 minute drive/cab/Uber/Lyft ride away offering endless daytime and nightlife options! This is an ideal vacation rental for families of all ages and sizes as well as relaxing getaways for couples. We do not rent to bachelor/bachelorette parties or after Proms. Roof deck not included. Sorry no pets allowed. The location and property were perfect. Our only suggestion is that in the booking process it should be clear that sheets need to be Washed/Dryed before leaving the property. It took less than a minute to walk to the beach which is super convenient with little kids. The Brigantine Community School grounds are a short walk away and offer 3 playgrounds, a field with a track for walking, and basketball and 4 square courts. Such a nice, quiet and safe community for a family vacation if you don’t want/need the hustle of a boardwalk and all the typical beach shops. It’s also in a great location, just a few houses from the beach. It’s in a nice, quiet part of the island, but is close enough to anything you could need. We had a great two weeks. We had a mishap the first night we got there, the dishwasher died! Chip was quick to find a repairman and try to get it fixed, it ended up a full replacement which Chip concluded within a week! Great help! Beside that we enjoyed the house with the tow bedrooms for the kids and the master bedroom for us with its own bathroom. The caveat is the heat pump of the house above which happens to be right above the master bedroom and it generate quite a bit of noise... We enjoyed the bar stool in the kitchen while preparing the dinner with a glass of wine! The garage was helpful to store our bikes not much more beside that, hot and dark so the kids didn't use it as planned. The kitchen was stocked enough for us 5 with dishes and glasses. We enjoyed the proximity of the beach and also the basketball court at the school nearby. Beautiful and relaxing vacations! It had everything we needed for our week at the beach. The decor is modern , perfect for the beach. The north beach of Brigantine was SO peaceful and for three miles north is just a nature preserve on one side and Atlantic ocean on the other - we had many beautiful walks but a lifeguard was at the near end when we wanted to swim.
