Step inside to a bright, open concept living and dining area designed for relaxing after a day at the beach. The living room offers comfortable seating along with a full size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. A TV makes it easy to settle in for a movie or unwind at the end of the day.

The nearby dining table comfortably seats 4 for meals, morning coffee, or a casual game night.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a gas stove and oven, plenty of wraparound counter space, pantry storage, and a convenient coffee bar. Whether you’re making breakfast before hitting the beach or enjoying dinner at home, the kitchen makes it easy to settle in for your stay.

Bedroom 1: Twin over full bunk bed, TV, and closet space.

Living Room: Full size sleeper sofa with linens and bedding provided.

The home includes one full bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Outdoor Space & Parking:

Location Overview:
It’s hard to beat this location! The home sits on the beach block with the beach entrance only about 50 feet away, making trips back and forth from the sand incredibly convenient. You’ll also be about 2 blocks from the beach and volleyball courts at 38th Street, 1.5 blocks from Jersey Cow Ice Cream, and just a few blocks from the Brigantine Community Center with pickleball and tennis courts.

Atlantic City is just a quick 10 minute drive away, and rideshare services are readily available throughout the area.

ACME, Wawa, local restaurants, shops, and other Brigantine favorites are all just a short drive or walk away, giving you the perfect home base for enjoying everything the island has to offer.

What to Bring:
Just your clothes—everything else is taken care of. Host House provides beach chairs, beach towels, fresh linens, bath towels, and essential toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You’ll also find kitchen essentials such as dish and laundry detergent, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and more.

Guests will have private access to the entire condo and its outdoor space during their stay. The home is located on a single level with no stairs required for entry. One dedicated parking space is provided, with additional free street parking available nearby.

The condo is located in a multi unit building. There are no units above or below the home, though there are a few neighboring units located to the left. This unit shares one wall with one unit to our left.

Listing Transit:
Brigantine is easy to explore by car, bike, or on foot. The beach entrance is just steps away, with restaurants, shops, ice cream, volleyball, pickleball, and tennis nearby. One dedicated parking space is provided, with additional free street parking available nearby. Atlantic City is just a quick 10 minute drive away, and rideshare services are readily available throughout the area.

LISTING NOTES:

PARKING: One dedicated parking space is provided. Additional free street parking is available nearby with no permit required.

TVs: There are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. All of our TVs are Smart TVs. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

MULTI UNIT BLDG: This condo is located in a multi unit building. There are no units above or below this unit. This unit shares one wall with one neighboring unit to our left. The unit has its own private entrance and private interior living spaces.

STAIRS: There are only two stairs required to access the unit from the street. All of the homes living and sleeping spaces are located entirely on one level.

HVAC: The home is heated via radiant heating with thermostats located in each room. The home is cooled with window air conditioning units located throughout the living and sleeping areas of the home.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
- No cooking with spices that produces excessive or lingering odors is prohibited - $1,000 deep cleaning fee if required.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- Overnight occupancy may not exceed the number of guests listed on the reservation.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
- Do not disable, cover, unplug, remove, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, exterior security cameras, noise monitoring devices, WiFi equipment, locks, or other safety or security equipment.
- Guests must follow all posted and property-specific parking instructions and are responsible for violations, tickets, or towing resulting from their vehicles.
- Fireworks, firecrackers, and other incendiary devices are prohibited.
-Guests may not enter locked closets, owner storage areas, roofs, mechanical areas, crawlspaces, or other areas designated as restricted.
- Electric vehicles, electric bikes, scooters, or other high-draw equipment may not be charged from the property`s electrical system unless specifically authorized.
-The property must be left in reasonably tidy condition. Extraordinary cleaning required beyond a normal turnover may be charged to the Guest.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Cooking & Kitchen Use: Please avoid cooking methods that produce unusually strong or persistent odors, including heavy frying, extended simmering, or excessive use of aromatic spices, that may remain in the home after checkout. Please use the range hood/ventilation and open windows when appropriate while cooking. If cooking results in lingering odors that require professional deodorizing or additional cleaning, guests may be responsible for the associated remediation costs and, where applicable, losses resulting from the home being temporarily unavailable for subsequent guests.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company`s secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The primary guest will be required to review and electronically sign our Rental Agreement prior to check in. The Rental Agreement outlines the terms of the stay, House Rules, guest responsibilities, and other important property policies. Completion of the Rental Agreement is required before access to the property will be provided.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
