Top-Floor Tranquility 3BR 3BA Our BEACH BLOCK home is the perfect getaway for your family vacation! Whether you're looking to enjoy warm summer beach days or cold winter nights, this beautifully equipped and spacious beach-block home is your ideal retreat. 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 newly renovated bathrooms, full equipped kitchen and spacious living-room including a couch and a pair of chairs and a dining room table. Come create lasting memories at this perfect beachside retreat! \*This is the top floor unit in a three-unit condo.\* You will need to climb two flights of stairs to get to the main entrance of this unit. Once inside, all rooms are on 1 level. To access the unit, simply follow the driveway to the back of the house, then head up the steps to the top floor, where you'll find the keypad to access the unit. You have access to the entire 3rd floor! • 3 Bedroom with Queen size bed + closet • 3 full bathroom (2 on suite) • Stylish and comfortable living room + sofa • Beautifully updated kitchen appliances with everything you need! • Washer & dryer! Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home We are only a message, phone, text away! Please let us know if anything is needed at check in or at any time during your stay. We can't fix it if we don't know about it! =) Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site. TRASH Trash day is Tuesday. If you are staying over night on Monday, we would really appreciate if you could help us out by taking the trash cans (on the right side of the home) to the curb. It can be taken out Monday night or early Tuesday morning. SPACE Entire space of Unit 3 is included in this rental. Please remember there are tenants below. Be respectful of quiet hours and acknowledge house rules. There may be noise below at times if unit below is occupied. PARKING There is street parking, but please make sure to read all street signs. Street parking is based on a first come, first serve basis on S Dover Ave. Per Atlantic city short-term rental ordinance the person booking must provide a photo of their ID which Matches their profile name to prove they are over 21\. Also to note there can never be more then the amount booked guests on-premise. Unfortunately you will not receive check in information until this is provided and it must be provided prior to check in day (unless it is a same day booking). 1) No smoking on premise in or around the property inside the house - $250 fine if detected 2) No more than the number of people booked ON-PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected 3) Please remove shoes. 4) Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am (50 decibels). We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property. IMPORTANT: Unfortunately you cannot use the front balcony after 10pm quiet hours. We have a neighbor who is very touchy to even talking out on the back balcony! Thank you for respecting this rule 5) Must have a valid govt ID & phone number on file. 6) Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay. 7) We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days.
