When I booked I paid for the Bally Towers and Expedia had me booked in Dennis Towers a cheaper room, the manager saw my email and he put me in the room that I paid for, Expedia messed up my booking

We had a terrible experience during our stay at the hotel. We were there for a different event and not to visit the casino. We were given a room on the sixth floor. At about 12 am, when we were trying to sleep, we were disturbed by loud live music from the hotel bar outside, which continued until 2 am. When I called the reception to inquire about the noise issue, the lady at the front desk said that they couldn't change our room and that the live music would continue until 2 am. When I asked if we had to stay awake until 2 am, she replied in the affirmative. This was the worst sleep experience ever. The quality of sleep we got in the hotel was so bad that we could have slept in our car without paying a "luxury fee".

The room which my guest and I stay had ants in sink that cover the inside of the sink and the room had steal smell.. I reported the conditions to the staff and they removed us to another room with king size bed but not with my accommodation (2beds). Once in the new room.. we realized the phone and TV.. didnot work..we had to go to the front desk for services, also bell boy services was terrible..we had to carry our luggage down to the valet parking..Truly an inconvenience bc I am having problems with my left knee.. I am totally disappointed with the service.. specially on Mother's Day ..bc it was an gift..we survived the disappointment.. However we were accommodated with 50.00 credit toward the end of the stay. But overall it was the worst!!!! Experience period..

By far the worst place we have ever stayed especially the attitudes of all hotel staff. The only two people who should keep their jobs there were the two valet men we had pleasant conversation and service from! We checked in late with only one person working plus a fantom person in the back room. Every question we asked she had to go ask someone in the back office. Took 45 minutes to check in with not one smile and very poor attitude. Every incounter with the front desk was the same ( don’t give a heck attitude. New owners should be considered. No wonder Caesars Entertainment dropped Bally’s. The place needs a miracle trainor ! After 50 yrs of using Bally’s, we are separating! Lucky we had no kids!

I can surely understand that the property is aging but have some pride in at least cleaning the premises. The worst part was the staff..they do not smaile and are quite rude! Security is very lapse.

Bed was not made up from someone laying on it. Called several times for housekeeping no one came until 2 Hours later. Advertisment says breakfast in bed, called a was sent to the 6 floor for breakfast. We thought we were getting a Continental breakfast on the hotel as advertised. We spent $80 for breakfast that's ridiculous. Room had a view of the outside walls closed in. No microwave and a not to clean refrigerator. Not at all pleased 😕

The rooms were incredibly dirty. Sticky dresser, handle in the bathroom had white sticky substance on it (old soap or toothpaste), crumbs on the floor, the overhead light in the bathroom had dead bugs and rust. It was incredibly disappointing.

Front desk staff at check in was probably among the top 3 worst customer service experiences I've ever had. She was apparently on her cell phone via airpods and became very annoyed with me when I thought she was talking to me during my check-in, kind of funny now that i think of it. Entire hotel smelled like an ashtray, my room was boarder line disgusting, bathroom was scary, rugs looked like instant disease if you touched it without protection. I didn't even go in the casino because the hotel made me feel like I had already lost every last penny.
