Todd was extremely responsive with his communication and overly accommodating. We had an amazing time with our family. The space was much bigger than we expected. Our kids had a great time in the bunkbed room and we all had such a great time on the very spacious outdoor deck. The location was absolutely perfect just steps away from restaurants, cafés and shopping and a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We stayed at Todd's home for an extended weekend to celebrate my twin's birthday. The house is absolutely gorgeous with lots of space for our family to spread out. We had all meals out on their amazing deck and couldn't be more comfortable. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, especially when carrying gear for kiddos. Communication with Todd was fantastic - he replied via text instantly and was also willing to give us an early check-in and a late check-out so we could maximize more time on the beach.
