It is located in the heart of Ocean City, NJ, near the beach and boardwalk, restaurants, amusements, and shopping. Please be aware that for this property, High School and College groups are not accepted. Tenant must be over 24 years of age and minors may not occupy the property unless an adult is present. Additionally, Tenant supplies bed linens, towels, beach tags, baby furniture, paper products, soap products, and other personal items. Concierge services may be available in the area to supply some of these items at Tenant's cost. The first floor rental unit has a great room with living room with gas fireplace and a " TV, dining area with table seats 6 plus island seating for 4 more . There is a large hall bath with sink, vanity and a tub/shower. Also located in the bedroom hall area are side by side top loading washer and front loading dryer. The front deck is furnished with a glass top table and 4 comfortable chairs plus two additional chairs. There is an outdoor shower for after beach use. An inclosed garage holds one car and outside parking is available for 2 more cars ( 3 total).
