Jody was easy to get a hold of by phone. He immediately answered questions and helped sort out some tv questions. We chatted a bit when he stopped by. Good guy :) Because we were on the first floor, there were times when the upstairs neighbors could be heard walking around, but that's to be expected. The property was spacious and nice! GREAT location for us with 2 small kids and mostly clean. We were able to check in early which was amazing since we got in early to enjoy a beach day. Would have been just about perfect except for the neighbors. Next door appears to be a house which is broken up into smaller apartments with long term rentals. Mostly young people who spent their evenings hanging out in the courtyard just outside the master bedroom window. Initially I thought the music until 130-2 am was just due to the Labor Day holiday and didn’t mind one night. but unfortunately music, talking loudly outside our window continued each night as late as 230 am. Mostly affects the master bedroom. Definitely made the week less relaxing. Not what I’m used to as a lifelong ocean city vacationer.
