We can't fix it if we don't know about it! =) Brigantine is a quiet island and a very family friendly destination that also offers the fun of Atlantic City just a short drive away! There’s plenty to see and do in the scenic Atlantic county town on the South Jersey shore with many miles of coastline just minutes from Atlantic City, less than 1 hour from Philadelphia, and less than 2 hours from New York City. Parking onsite. Each unit gets one designated parking spot, which is clearly marked. There are two additional parking spots available for visitors although those spots are shared between the other 3 units. There is ample (no permit required) parking on the street, but please make sure to read street parking signs. Very easy and convenient to grab an Uber or Lyft to any nearby destinations. BEACH TAGS Beach tags are required between Memorial Day-Labor Day. You may purchase them at the Brigantine Community Center or with cash on the beach from the tag checkers. TV We have a Smart TV in the living room. You will be able to log into the applications like Netflix with your own credentials. We do not have cable. PARKING Parking onsite. Each unit gets one designated parking spot, which is clearly marked. There are two additional parking spots available for visitors although those spots are shared between the other 3 units. There is ample (no permit required) parking on the street, but please make sure to read street parking signs. Very easy and convenient to grab an Uber or Lyft to any nearby destinations. TRASH Trash day is Wednesday. Multiple trash cans are located behind the building. There is a regular trash can and recycling can in the kitchen. Noise level: We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property. If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. It was a great stay. The place was very clean. We opted for this place rather than a hotel so we could do our own cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay for 3 people. The beds were super comfy. That is often hard to find. It was a short walk to the beach. Another great perk!
