Only 400 feet to the beach! Condo is across the street from the beach and boardwalk. This beachside retreat features a first or second floor condo that both have porches with a beautiful view of Ocean City and has been recently renovated and features a granite kitchen and bathroom, 2 new flat screen smart TV's, ceramic tile and more. Top of the line queen size mattresses custom bed frames in all condo’s bedrooms. Deluxe cool gel memory foam queen size mattresses in the the sleeper sofas for the best comfort and great night’s sleep. 2 sets of queen size bed linens, 2 blankets, 6 bed pillows and pillow cases are provided for your use. Condos are thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant, bleach, air sanitizer and floor sanitizer after every guest. We are located within 400 feet to the beach and boardwalk. 218 Corinthian Avenue is located between 2nd & 3rd Street in the exclusive Gardens area in Ocean City. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the porch that overlooks a relaxing view of beautiful Ocean City. It is also well equipped. Two things to be aware of when considering this property. First you can hear the neighboring guests quite well, especially if you are staying the bottom unit - you can hear the people above you moving around. Secondly, our unit was not as clean as we would expect. We realize it is a beach house so sometimes the cleanliness standards are different, but overall it was dirtier than we expected.
