At 34 North Vacations, we believe vacation rentals should feel like a true home away from home. Our properties are thoughtfully prepared, well-stocked, and designed for real stays—not bare-bones rentals.

Unlike many vacation rentals that provide only starter supplies, we've taken care of the details for you. All linens are provided for your stay, and you'll find full-size guest amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We've also stocked the home with beach chairs, a beach wagon, and the everyday essentials that make travel easier.

Our goal is simple: arrive, unpack, and start enjoying your vacation without worrying about making a stop at the store for basic necessities. We focus on quality over quantity, creating a more comfortable, seamless experience from booking to check-out.

Conveniently located in Atlantic Beach, you're within walking distance of Island Grille and only minutes from local favorites including Amos Mosquito's, Oceana Pier, The Circle, beach shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment.

THE HOME

Twin Tides High offers elevated coastal living with a comfortable layout designed for families, couples, and small groups. After a day at the beach, relax on the spacious front porch with a coastal breeze, enjoy views of Bogue Sound from the bedrooms, or unwind in the comfortable living area.

The fully stocked kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. While the home is well-equipped for cooking, please note that there is no dishwasher.

The second-floor location offers added privacy while remaining just a short stroll from the beach and many of Atlantic Beach's most popular destinations.

Twin Tides High and Twin Tides Low can be rented together to accommodate up to 12 guests across the entire duplex. This unique setup is ideal for extended families, multiple families vacationing together, reunions, wedding groups, fishing trips, and friends traveling together.

Enjoy the convenience of being together while still having the privacy of separate living spaces. When rented together, guests have access to two kitchens, two living areas, two bathrooms, two large front porches, the shared backyard and patio spaces, and all the comforts of a larger coastal retreat.

Whether you're planning a family beach vacation, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking for extra space, renting both sides of Twin Tides offers the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy just steps from the beach.

BOOKING POLICIES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION & PET POLICY

To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, please review the following prior to booking:

• A signed vacation rental agreement and valid government-issued photo ID are required within 48 hours of booking.

• Reservations are subject to the selected cancellation policy and will be strictly enforced. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment and will be offered after booking.

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests per unit.

• A refundable damage deposit is required.

• Twin Tides welcomes up to two dogs per unit with prior host approval. All pets must be disclosed before booking and are subject to approval, house rules, and a $199 pet fee per pet. Unauthorized pets are not permitted.

• Please contact us prior to booking if you plan to bring a pet so we can confirm eligibility and answer any questions.

• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book and must be present for the duration of the stay.

• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home.

• No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted.

• Guests are responsible for following all local ordinances, noise regulations, and community rules during their stay.
