Family celebration for fathers 80th birthday
We chose this home for an extended family weekend to celebrate my fathers 80th birthday. As this is the first birthday after my mother passed away in December of 2022 (after 59 years of marriage), this time away as a family group was extremely important for all of us. Thank you for providing your lovely home as it was the perfect setting. There was absolutely nothing that could have been better for the family healing and celebration of our patriarch.

Charm and Amenities Galore
We invited our adult children 5 grandchildren, and one boyfriend to stay with us. The house was perfect with separate spaces, comfortable beds, and amenities galore. The photos don't do it justice. The kitchen is small but efficient and very well stocked. We had everything we needed for the beach and a lot of extras. we will definitely be back!

Charming Home at Atlantic Beach
We loved our stay at this charming home at Atlantic Beach. The house is beautiful with every thing you need for a week at the beach provided. We had every age and there was lots of privacy when needed. The living area was comfortable but we spent must of our time, when not on the beach, on the porch and deck. This home is in a nice area away from the crowds yet close to everything we needed in Atlantic Beach, Morehead City and Beaufort. Stephanie is a wonderful hostess! We finally found a beach house that we look forward to going back to year after year.

Awesome stay
We very much enjoyed staying at this property. The house has everything you could ever need for a great beach vacation including being super clean. You can walk straight to the beach from the front of the house or the public access is 2 houses down and super easy. We will definitely be back.

Family Beach Vacation
Our family just returned from another wonderful week at this house. Stephanie has done a great job furnishing the house and has not left out any detail. It definitely feels like a home away from home as opposed to a rental property. The location is A++. We've already booked again for next summer!

This is our third stay at this property and we absolutely LOVE it! It's homey, beautifully decorated and stocked with the best of everything-linens, beach accessories, beach towels, chairs, etc.. Also, kitchen has everything you would have in your own home including a KitchenAid mixer!

College Reunion
We had a great time staying at Graley Cottage! The house was equipped with all necessities for a great weekend, from kitchen/cooking supplies to activities (games, books, etc), as well as beach going/play supplies. The owner is very kind and easy to contact. We thought that there was an extra bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms, as described by the website. It was okay though, as we were able to work out sleeping arrangements. Each of us would highly recommend staying at Graley! :)

Absolutely amazing place to stay!
The house is amazing, and the location is perfect. The house had everything we needed including toys, chairs, and everything you can think of for the beach. The sunrise was beautiful. We had the super moon come up over the ocean and was stunning. I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation homes, and this was far better than the rest I’ve stayed at. Everything you need is close by. I plan on going back.

Beautiful Cottage
Our family stayed at Graley Cottage Thursday-Sunday to attend a wedding in Beaufort. We had 7 adults with plenty of room to spare in the large and well appointed home. Everything we needed was there, with all the best quality bedding, kitchen supplies and comforts. All items and supplies for every beach activity you could think of is also provided. It’s a beautiful, well decorated and comfortable home away from home. Stephanie was helpful and I was very impressed with her communication. She thought of everything you would need to make your trip effortless. The location is ideal. On the beach, quiet street, and a short drive to the bridge. I highly recommend and hope to return.

This was the ultimate experience!! Easy to get to. An exquisitely decorated but comfortable home!! All high end bedding, linens and amenities!! It even included everything you need for the beach - chairs, towels, toys and bags!! All you need is your clothes and a cooler!

This property was perfect for our group of 10 for a local wedding! It is located right on the gorgeous beach and very short drive to historic and waterfront Beafort. The house had everything you could think of as far as accommodations! Would definitely recommend to anyone with a large group!

Great house! Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Very nice having beach chairs, umbrellas and towels! Only need to pack your clothes and food! Wonderful location! We loved the porches! Stephanie was so nice to work with! Would definitely rent again!

This house has everything you need for a fantastic beach vacation!!
What a comfy, cute, full of character & charm house! Check in was a breeze. We only needed our clothing, groceries & sun screen! We were a little bummed we couldn't see the beach from the deck, the dune is too high. The deck had plenty of furniture to sit on. The walk to the beach was easy & convenient. The house provided carts, chairs, toys, floats bags and beach towels, amazing. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, sheets, blankets you need not bring! The beach is quiet, well maintained. A few of us had to work remotely or take classes and had no problems with the wifi.. We had a few other issues but Stephanie was in constant contact with us. The week we were there it rained A LOT but we made the most of it!

Summer Beach Vacation with Family
The house was perfect for our week's stay in August and exceeded expectations. Stephanie was very easy to deal with and responsive. Often times we have found that beach rentals are beat up and not quite what was advertised given the wear and tear they receive during the summer, however, this house was excellently maintained and did not at all feel like a "rental." It's obvious that it's well cared for throughout the year by the owner. We'll be back next summer!

Beach vacation paradise
Can't say enough good things about about our stay at Graley Cottage. The Atlantic Beach location is a great starting point for area activities and the beach is just a short walk out the back door. Two couples plus three single adults each had their own bedroom and bath, plus plenty of common space (most evenings spent on the deck enjoying the sea breeze). Nicely furnished with authentic beach ambiance; comfy beds, real linens and special touches like embroidered beach bags and towels. We all really appreciated the owner's obvious commitment to making her guests comfortable and we hope to be able to return to Graley Cottage again sometime in the future. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

2021 R4R Fishing Tournament
Came down from Massachusetts with My brother, his best friend, my middle son and met a cousin and my brothers father in law for the Reelin 4 Research fishing tournament. Lots of planning was involved to make it all happen, and the easiest and most seamless part of the trip was or stay at Greely Cottage.

I booked this property as a surprise 60th for my husband with family. It was better than pictures & there is absolutely everything you need available. The owner was extremely helpful. It may have rained the whole weekend but it was still comfortable, relaxing & so spacious. Our grown children loved it & the best part was my husband being beyond pleased. I would recommend this rental to anyone. Location and set up of this home is perfect. We were there in colder weather but the small details such as packed beach bags impressed us as well. Great place 100%!! Nothing overlooked.

The property was very nice and well equipped. We really didn't need anything but food, drink, and our clothes. :) The kitchen was well stocked with not only plates, glasses, flatware, cooking ware, etc., but also staples like spices, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, coffee filters, etc. That was nice not to have to bring or buy those things. In addition to towels, sheets, and the normal things like that you'd expect, there were also very nice robes in all the bedroom closets with the cottage name embroidered over the left breast along with matching slip on bedroom slippers. A very nice touch. All in all, it was a first class place. The only reason I didn't give cleanliness 5 stars was because there was a kind of a greasy film on the kitchen counters and on some of the dishware that was on top of stacks of either plates or cups and the like. It was as if they didn't get quite clean and we had to wash some of them and had to re-clean the counters and the micro-wave. Overall that was no big deal and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommned to family and friends.

Great getaway for couples
This home is lovely and has so many amenities. Each room is thoughtfully furnished and the property was very clean and fun for a fall getaway for five couples. We walked on the path to the beach and enjoyed long walks and swam. The owners had a big notebook with lots of information which was helpful.

This home was perfect for our family gathering. The rocking chairs on the front and back porch were a wonderful way to relax and chat and watch the sunrise, sunset, stars, and even fire works last night. The home is well maintained and lovingly furnished.

This house is fabulous and has anything and everything you could possibly want or need. Literally you only need to bring clothes and food - all else is provided. The house was beautiful, very clean and the location a perfect spot. The owner was easy to work with and helpful. This set up of this house is great for large families or groups. A Graley Thanksgiving
Graley Cottage is lovely, spacious and perfect for a family vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped. It has a large deck oceanfront with a great view. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the house is very cozy. It is only a short walk to the beach so location is wonderful too. Our grandchildren loved the toys and swing under the porch. This house has everything you need. We were there for Thanksgiving but thought it would be perfect for summer.
