Spacious pool view 4BR townhome, short walk to beach

Bring the whole family to "A Wave From It All" with lots of room for fun and gathering. This very well appointed poolside townhome has everything you need to enjoy your next family vacation in Atlantic Beach. It is a very short walk to the beach via a crosswalk and community beach access and is right next to the seasonal community pool. The ground-level garage has a ping pong table and electronic game to keep the whole family entertained.

~1750 sq ft of living space across 3 floors. This 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom townhome in popular Seaside Villas in Atlantic Beach is just a short walk to the community beach access, and community sound side access, and is situated right by the pool.

Bedroom 1: King | Bedroom 2: King | Bedroom 3: 2 Twins | Bedroom 4: Queen

Ground Level: Entry door via a key code to enter the property. The garage has been converted into a game room with a game system, ping pong table, small refrigerator, and more! Bedroom 1 is also on the ground floor with a King bed and ensuite bathroom. Outside you will find a small patio with seating, a gas grill, and an enclosed hot and cold outside shower.

First Floor: The first floor features an open and airy main living space. A balcony facing the pool and a balcony on the ocean side, both with seating. Comfortable living room with a smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 5. Dining area with seating for 6. The half bath is just off the dining area.

Second Floor: Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4. Bedroom 2 features an open balcony and has a slight view of the ocean. Bedrooms 3 and 4, share a "Jack and Jill" full bathroom. The laundry room, iron, and ironing board are also located in a closet on this floor.

No smoking of any kind inside or on balconies/patios. Additional cleaning fees apply.

No pets

Check in/out was a smooth process. The house had a great layout, was clean, and was equipped with everything you could need for a great vacation. We cooked most days. We also used some of the beach gear and it was an easy walk across the street to get to the waves. We also got in the pool everyday which is a perfect facility (just a few steps out the door, and has a covered area and restrooms). Great bars/restaurant close by. All in all a perfect spot and condo.

Atlantic Beach

We had a wonderful time. It was disappointing after an 8 hour car ride that the house was not ready at the 4:00 pm checkin time. We were able to get in by 6:00 pm. They made up for it by giving us a 2 hour late checkout. Communication with the host was very good and timely. The house was very well stocked with kitchen appliances and we were overall very happy with our stay. We will stay here again.

Perfect. Very clean. Very comfortable. Easy beach access. We hope to return. We struggled finding the unit number on the messages. Probably there somewhere, but maybe make it more visible.

Nice property but was dirty

The property was not clean at all, so many poisonous cleaners were a child could reach them. It also said it had several items and did not. It smelled like a smoker had been there as well.
