  • Enjoy good times with your friends or bring the whole family! On a quiet street among well-loved vintage homes, this chill urban ranch with eclectic, artsy basement suite is a WIN for your getaway!

    Just 20-30min to city, airport & full metro area by drive, rideshare, or MARTA transit .. ideal for big events like CFP games and World Cup 2026 matches at Mercedes-Benz Stadium! Strong wi-fi & dedicated work spaces; Great for business travel. Only ~2 miles from The Battery (Atlanta Braves/Truist Park).

    Brief walk to local cafes, parks, Smyrna's Market Village. A bike ride to Silver Comet Trail. Just 15-20min to Buckhead, Ponce City Market, Marietta Square & more.

    For an outdoor workout, enjoy "the donut" .. the large exercise tire in backyard (see photos). But be advised:
    - It's heavy, so use at your own risk :)
    - Be careful of trip hazards around yard
    - Don't lean it or flip it against house, fence, tree, etc.
    - Please lay it back onto its side over leaves after use.
