ATL Beltline connects 2 blocks North to Freedom Parkway! Walk 10 min to MARTA train or Drive 10 min downtown ATL
Please, PLEASE, have your party print/download AND READ the House Manual BEFORE you travel to the house. CHECK-IN after 3pm. CHECK-OUT before 11am. UNLESS we arranged it and confirmed it before 5pm the day BEFORE early arrival or late departure. PARK—Never, Never block the driveway. One vehicle per apt goes in the back, ONLY in the space labelled for #4. Never, never park in a space not marked #4. More vehicles??..... Usually, there's plenty of safe street parking nearby PARKING TIP- best to BACK into a space. Otherwise, you might have to do a 10-point turn if someone parks goofy. There are FIVE other cars who need space. Back all the way in to your space. ENTER -- Walk around to front of house, facing the street and put your code in the front door keypad (NOT the lockbox on the side, down low) on the front porch. Enter hallway go upstairs to #4 door. Lockbox on door frame. DOOR CODE - This combo opens front door on front porch AND your doorframe #4 lockbox. Please leave one key in lock box AT ALL TIMES . You have to put your code in AGAIN to return the cover to the lockbox. GUESTS - only the BOOKED number of guests on the reservation are allowed on the property at any time. We've seen too many Covid parties!!! QUIET HOURS- 10PM to 8AM - Per description, this is NOT the party place or the gather place before/after the party. NO SMOKING PROPERTY . No Smoking anywhere on the Property PET OWNERS - We are dog and cat people, too. We need your help in order to maintain our open policy to pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds without drop cloths or sheets, look for some in the hallway closet. The $15 per per , per stay fee does NOT apply to carpet/furniture/bedding cleaning. So please use coverings if your pets are couch surfers! If the cleaners have to wash blankets/duvets/throws/or furniture that extra charge will go to you!!! TRASH – bagged trash only goes in big Green Bin in driveway, co-mingled recycling goes in big Blue bin. SHEETS Towels, soap, shampoo, washcloths, iron, hairdryer, other essentials are there for number of folks you booked. BEDS: Do not fold up the pullout with sheets or pillowtopper on it. WIFI-network/ password on the House Manual on fridge (maybe on side of fridge) LAUNDRY - message me at least 24 hours before arrival if need access, I'll walk/talk you through it. FRIDGE and PANTRY- I’m kinda torn about this. I do actually monitor what’s in there. It seems silly to throw away a fresh half-used milk… push it to the side if this offends you. CHECKOUT - LEAVE sheets/towels and trash-do your DISHES, turn OFF heat/air, LOCK front and back doors, LEAVE both keys in lockbox, GO forth and do good work. If you didn't meet her, my partner in this endeavor is daughter Margot. You can't buy a better business experience for a young lady than letting her convert and manage 4 of our previously long-term units to vacation rentals

Stay is true to listing, reminded me of my family home in DC ! It's a big family home, broken into full private apartments. Great stay, my significant other and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here.
We used apartment 4 as our base to make a day trip to Lagrange for family. All went very well. We were very pleased with the very clean & comfortable apartment. I hope to be back again. Thank you for also accommodating our sweet dog.

Easy street parking. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Very close to our needs. Worked in mid-town and drive was quick and close via uber when used. Property was clean and nice. 1 large bedroom and 2 sleeping areas in family room. Plenty of space to hang out and relax. We didn't use the television. Shower was good. Kitchen was good.
Great property in an amazing location. We were there for a family wedding and loved being able to walk to great Atlanta establishments like Manuel's Tavern and Bold Monk. We would definitely recommend!
We booked this stay for the Peachtree 10k. The check in process was smooth, the apartment was very spacious, and parking was great. We ended up being the only ones there which was an extra treat. The host was very kind to let us extend our check out.

We loved our stay. You can walk to food, entertainment, shops. Thr house is old sxhool charm. It was clear and Scott was a great host! When we had an issue. He was right on top of it and helped us out. Would 100% stay here again!
To be fair, the stay was during the severe cold snap. We were at my son’s house for most of the 1 1/2 days, didn’t use the kitchen or bath much.
You enter from the front door, but the car is in back and the back stairs are very narrow.
It’s a nice area.
It was great for us. I can imagine that for some who are more particular about cleanliness, it may not be a fit. The house itself is rather cluttered but the apartment was not. There was no soap in the shower and no liners for trash cans but, no big deal. The location is great and it's a cute, spacious apartment.
The door code had stopped working when we left at 8:30am so we had to leave the key on top of the keybox.

The property is clean but states it is a 2 bedroom. Two queen beds in bedroom and a twin in the living room all uncomfortable - not helpful as I snore. The A/C can only be set to 75 degrees! Room was 80 degrees for 5 hours before cooling down. Owner did not reply to my email, phone call and text until the next day. Nice quiet place, good location just not the amenities expected.
The unit was poorly maintained. Paint on the ceiling chipped with large pieces missing which is a concern in an older home. Toilet seat worn out. Cluttered hallway looked like a thrift store with poor lighting. Sheets were torn on the corners. TV mounted directly over one of the trundle beds which would be dangerous were someone to sleep there.
Quirky property with plenty of charm, but consider these aspects before booking
If you're looking for a charming apartment with lots of space, this property may be a good fit for you. However, there are some quirks and aspects to consider before booking. The apartment is similar to others in the neighborhood and has a cozy kitchen perfect for heating up meals or making eggs in the morning. The enchanting clawfoot tub in the bathroom is lovely, but be careful getting in and out and note that the water pressure is low.
There is an adorable little nook with a desk that's perfect for a Zoom business meeting, and the internet connection is strong. However, be aware that the stairway to the second floor is not well-lit, and there are some tricky triangle-shaped stairs. While the owner was available by phone when the door code didn't work, it took a bit to work through.
If you have allergies to animals, airing out the place might be necessary. The property has peeling paint, evidence of animal accidents on at least one of the couches/beds, and art that's fun but not always well-hung. Additionally, the kitchen counter by the sink doesn't make it to the wall. While the parking space in the back might technically hold a small SUV, it may not be a wise choice.
The main draw of the property is its proximity to Little 5 Points, making it a convenient location for those visiting the area. It's worth noting that having friends over for a chat is against the rules, which may be a downside for some.

When we arrived there were multiple box fans in the room which was the first red flag. Friday and Saturday were not super hot so we didn't notice any issues. Sunday the temp spiked Nd thats when we noticed the ac did not work in our room in space 4. It worked in the hallway which was 20 degrees lower or atleast felt like it. When we messaged about it around 3 on Sunday and it took almost 24 hours to respond with a text "dang sorry" and nothing else. I called the owner and he stated he did not receive our app message. I called him and he stated that the AC was working and was most likely frozen. I sent multiple pictures from different times and days showing that was not the case. He never responded to theses. We turned off the AC i sent a pick of this we left for 3 hours to let it defrost. It still was not working. I also sent documentation of this which he ignore.
The temp in the room was 90 degrees and uninhabitable at that point. I called him and left a voicemail saying we could not stay it was too hot. We were forced to drive home in very bad weather. I never heard anything back from him. I sent him a very long message telling him my disappointment in the lack of communication and unwillingness to even attempt to resolve the issue. He finally responded the next day with i was not informed till late Sunday so will only refund Monday. He had told me on the phone he did not receive our message on the app on Sunday so this was a blatent lie. Owner has been extremely rude
I love older homes and this stay was one of my favorites of anywhere. I've travel to many places, but have never felt so at home. Maybe it reminded me of the older homes of family when I was younger. It was more spacious than I expected. I chose the room based on the location, but I may choose to stay here anytime I visit Atlanta in the future. It was certainly more comfortable than any hotel I've visited. It was also quiet and safe. Thank you to the owners for providing us this experience. We loved it!
House was quiet and a little creepy lol but very clean
Easy check in. Needs a little updating as a few things are falling apart. Like the lock box. There was no laundry done since we had to be shown how to do it and no one got back to its. Nevertheless, me and my bunch are not needy and enjoyed our stay!
Never have I been so disrespected! Fecal stains on the toilet! Hair in the tub! Dirty sponges and rags! We arrived to a completely unkept room , and were relentlessly badgered by Scott when we complained! He called me racist names! And was filming my wife like a creep! We took pictures and video and left!! He even tried to block the drive way! Just awful ! Do not book here!
This is a well-located unit for exploring the area and was a good home base for our family of 5 for a long weekend. We appreciated that it was pet friendly and budget friendly. The property itself has some character, and seems to be a work in progress, but we had no complaints. The beds were very comfortable which is always huge in a rental, and we had plenty of hot water and fridge space.
