  • Experience our fully renovated, modern townhouse in vibrant Downtown Alpharetta. Steps from 30+ restaurants & walking trails, this professionally staged home features an oversized kitchen with William Sonoma kitchenware, and a dedicated workspace. Two luxurious ensuites offer a king bed, queen bed, and Pack `n Play, comfortably fitting 4-5 guests. Enjoy modern amenities and small-town charm in a prime, walkable location.
    HOUSE RULES
    • Guest Requirements: A minimum of three positive reviews is required to book. By completing your reservation, you authorize the host to conduct a full background check. If the results do not meet our criteria, your booking may be canceled.
    • No unauthorized overnight guests. Any unapproved overnight guests will result in immediate disconnection of utilities. No exceptions.
    • No parties or large gatherings.
    • No outdoor gatherings past 10 PM. Please be mindful of our neighbors.
    • No smoking or vaping inside the home.
    • Pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, to maintain a clean an allergy-free space for all guests, we do not accept cats. Excessive barking dogs are not allowed. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Bringing an unregistered pet or cat will result in a $1000 penalty. Please confirm if you’re traveling with a pet and update your reservation accordingly.

Everything was perfect, newly remodeled and decorated and very clean. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. They even furnished the coffee. Highly recommend. Thank you to the hosts.

Such a great rental! This property is equipped with beautiful, high quality furnishings! I loved the high quality cooking utensils and cutlery, and how well it was stocked. The location is so conveniently located and very quiet and peaceful! I can’t forget to mention the comfy beds too! I would definitely stay here again! Great Vrbo!

Location was great! Walking distance to downtown Alpharetta where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and bars. Short drive to the Avalon, which is an outdoor mall with restaurants and Whole Foods. The kitchen was perfect, with everything I needed to prepare a few meals (quality pots and pans), dice up fruit (excellent knife set), and reheat leftovers with their counter oven/air-fryer. The Vrbo was clean, newly remodeled, and smelled clean and fresh. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. I hope guests maintain the property so it remains in the same condition.

The place was absolutely adorable. It was extremely clean and very well stocked. The yard needs some TLC, but once you walk through the front door, you are transported into a well appointed high end space. I would definitely stay again.

Beautifully renovated property

This was the perfect place for us to stay locally while having renovation work done on our home. The entire inside is beautifully done with all new appliances, decor, etc. The kitchen is amazingly stocked with anything you could need. Absolutely beautiful!

Words can’t describe this property. House was just like the pictures. Clean and cozy, everything you need is minute’s away. We had a dance convention this weekend and it was nice to drop her off and go relax in an open space. We can’t wait to be back. The host communicates with you at all times.
