Candler Park was just 3/4 mile away (easily walkable), and connected to a really nice urban bike/walk path, which I appreciated as a runner. We had some hiccups during our stay - I was there for a working trip for almost a month so maybe things came up that wouldn't be noticed for a shorter vacation where one is out and about. There was low water pressure and a mouse in the kitchen - mouse got resolved but water in the master bath never fixed. Host was very communicative but some things could have been resolved more quickly but part of the stay was over holiday which may have complicated things.
