This property features separate living and dining areas, a new galley kitchen, a laundry closet, and an outdoor bistro area on the main level. Upstairs you’ll find two serene bedrooms, each with its own dedicated bathroom. Now’s the time to book—make your move!

Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. Whether you're a PA or an A-lister, we believe everyone deserves a lovely place to call home after a hard day (or night) at work. Our chic and well-appointed pads make us the preferred vendor of choice for studios like Apple and Disney.  
We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! Our neighborhoods are all unique in their architectural styles and cultural offerings, but their geographic convenience, walkability, and safety are standard and guaranteed to please.

The Neighborhood:  
Virginia-Highland is a mix of leafy, quiet residential streets and a happening central area with a vibrant pub and restaurant scene. The southern border on Ponce de Leon Avenue boasts dozens of shops, eateries, and entertainment options like the classic Plaza Theater and the wild Clermont Lounge. To the west lies the shopping mecca of Ponce City Market as well as the BeltLine hike and bike trail, which will take you right up to Atlanta's largest park, Piedmont Park.  
  
Getting Around:  
The nearest MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) Station is Midtown. You can download the MARTA On the Go app to see bus and train schedules.

#### Great location, Great Overall Stay!

I rented with a long-time girlfriend for a weekend of catching up and fun. Very walkable location as far as getting to bars/restaurants. Front steps are a little treacherous for older folks but we managed fine. Communication with management was stellar and the property itself was very nicely updated and decorated.

Usually when I stay at VRBOs, I get a little irritated that the pictures unfairly represent the property. But this truly was exactly as pictured! I also loved that this property felt new and clean.There were a lot of little nice touches that gave you some of the advantages of a hotel. There was coffee and creamer and shampoo and conditioner and olive oil, etc. It was a very easy stay and I would definitely book again!
