During your stay you will enjoy 4 levels of modern convenience and comfort. The outdoor areas will dazzle you with amazing nature views. THE SPACE The home was renovated and completed in 2023 with approximately 5,000 sq ft of space including two outdoor patios. This home has everything you need for your trip. Come and enjoy some modern features while staying in the heart of Atlanta. Plenty of sheets and towels in the house for the entire group and the kitchen comes fully stocked. This unique rental is perfect for families, groups, and business travelers. The home features a main living space with 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bath and a downstairs unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath that has its own access and a second kitchen. You can access the apartment from inside the house as well. That’s right, you get 2 fully stocked units and kitchens that can be used together or separately. The outdoor areas feature a roomy deck with casual lounge seating, a pellet grill, a patio with dining, an amazing tree canopy, nature views and even cornhole. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to shopping, entertainment, dining, tourist attractions and transportation. Smart TVs are provided in every bedroom and living rooms. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have access to the entire house and apartment. Short drive to Buckhead, Lenox Mall, Perimeter Mall, Brookhaven, major attractions, and highway access. Free WIFI access and dedicated work areas. GUEST COUNT Accurate guest count required by VRBO and insurance. Please make sure you enter the correct number of guests when you book the house. We never ran out of hot water, everyone had their own space and the community rooms were enjoyable. Parking was easy but the driveway can be tricky at night to navigate. We went to Atlanta to visit family and meet my new grand nephew. Unfortunately our plans took a different turn when some of us came down with an illness. I must say, if I had to spend a lot of time in a house, this is the one to do it in. Plenty of games to play lots, of TVs and for those of us feeling well, nice areas to walk outside. The kitchen was well stocked and very organized so it was easy to find things. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of space for us all to sit around together to play games, visit, watch movies, etc. I am from Atlanta, and the location was very central to family and friends, so that mad it really easy to see people without spending too much time in Atlanta traffic! The only constructive feedback I would provide is on the new heating system that puts the different floors of the house on different zones (super helpful concept). They are still working on getting the system set up correctly so we did have a number of challenges with being too hot or too cold. That being said, they could not have been more Johnny on the spot, responsive to get it fixed. I feel sure that for the next guest, all the kinks will have been worked out. They even have this welcome screen when you enter that makes you feel right at home that has lots of great information about the neighborhood and things to do. I would 100% stay here again!
