The property includes 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in the main house, plus a 1-bedroom, 1-bath carriage/guest house with a full kitchen. This historic American four-square home was originally built in the early 1900s and fully restored in 2020\. The property is within walking distance of Ponce City Market, the Atlanta BeltLine, Piedmont Park, and some of the city’s top restaurants and shops. City of Atlanta Short-Term Rental License: STRL-2022-00302 Booking & Eligibility Requirements By booking this property, the primary guest affirms that they are legally able to enter into a binding contract and accept responsibility for all guests and visitors during the stay. Guests using Instant Book must: Provide a valid government-issued photo ID (VRBO does not collect this). Have at least one positive review on VRBO. This house is beautiful, comfortable, and has lots of space! The back house is a perfect added bonus. We had several family members and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms was amazing...accommodated our family perfectly. The location was so convenient for the various events we were attending for the wedding and in a beautiful, historic neighborhood. The only very minor issue is that the driveway is very narrow and getting our rent car in and out was cumbersome. It is legal to park on the street, but there were always cars on the street and never room for us. Will definitely stay here again though if we are back in Atlanta!! ##### Wendy M.
