This 12th-floor gorgeous condo boasts spectacular views of Downtown Atlanta. It is our most recent addition to our portfolio and I am proud to present it! You'll have the best of Atlanta's nightlife at your fingertips (Speakeasy, Opium, Royal Peacock, plus easy access to the airport. We are also right next to Emory Hospital Midtown, Americas Mart, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia Worlds Congress Center, MARTA, Georgia Aquarium, and World of Coke.



The Space:

This is a new property to us and we are extremely happy to be the host! The studio is located in the Historic Peachtree Towers. Every single aspect of the space is updated to feature the best of modernity and accessibility, with cleanliness levels never falling below top-notch. Indulge in the versatility of the living space, which can offer a business-savvy setup for all your remote working needs.



The royal standard awaits you: the Queen bed, the luxury bathroom, a fully-stocked, stainless steel kitchen, and a huge flat-screen TV with cable. Fresh quality linens and towels are without question, and you’ll have full control of the cooling/heating system. What’s more, the balcony- patio, allows you to soak in the effervescence of the city with all the serenity of a birds-eye view of a bustling world below. Indiscriminate to sunrise or sunset, the luminous magic that adorns the skyline each day will easily become the most sensational part of your trip.



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.

Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24-hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

The Neighborhood:

A walkable neighborhood, with lots of restaurants and shops. From Hard Rock, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Philips Arena, Centennial Park, World of Coke, Aquarium, CNN, and more.



Getting Around:

Located across the street from the MARTA public transit system so if you fly into town it's very easy to just jump on the train and come up.



Other Things to Note:

Heating and Air: This traditional system uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside an exchange unit in the condo. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.



WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA

PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
