The Space: This condo is an exceptional retreat located in the heart of the city and provides superb access to the city's premier attractions. All major hotels are within walking distance. Many of them offering the facility of a swimming pool, tennis, gym, restaurants. There is a food court adjoining the Hyatt's Hotel and Marriot Marquis right across the road just a block away. There are two private health clubs/gymnasiums just a couple of blocks away. Marta, the nearby train will save on the taxi fare, parking or car rental. The return fare from and to the airport is just $5 and takes less than 1/2 hour to get to the building. If you take The Marta train, get off at 'The Peachtree Center' station. Peachtree towers is one block north and located across the street from The Peachtree Center and Hyatt Hotel. The Marta bus is available as well. Getting Around: There is a cab service across the street, the rail car service is located 2-3 blocks south. The rail car is available too. The marta train station is 1 1/2 blocks away. If going to Atlantic Station, take marta to the ART station and there is a free shuttle to Atlantic Station approx every 10-15 minutes. It was within easy walking distance of transit, tons of great restaurants, and city flavor. The microwave had leftover grease and juices in it, there were also chucks of meat and noodle dried on the inside of the microwave door. When I looked inside of the freezer to get ice, the ice tray had frozen orange drink in a few of the tray slots. There was also a brown and black substance around the freezer door which wiped off with hot water and cleaning basic solution. In the bathroom there was a blue substance around the inside of the tub, there were no wash cloths but six different irons throughout the air BNB. The floors were dirty which I also had to clean myself, and when I reached out to the property manager it took several hours before I got a response. When they finally did respond they attempted to move me and my husband halfway through the second day of our three day stay. When I asked for a refund they again took several hours to respond and I had to pull teeth to see how much was gonna be refunded. I was only refunded less than a night's worth of a stay.... Please don't use this room/company because they are not efficient or good at communicating with. ##### Danni K. It is a great downtown location (within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and a CVS). The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the property. When we arrived, the door was wide open with items around that suggested the cleaning person was in the area, but nowhere to be found. Someone else had to find her and then clean sheets/towels were put out. The bathroom/kitchen were clean, but other areas were not. I had to specifically ask for the table in the living room to be cleaned even though she had just moved all of her personal belongings from it. There were only two downfalls which were that you have to pay for parking and the ac/heat is controlled by the building manager, but they were not life altering circumstances.
