New 4 BR Bungalow Close to Everything Atlanta All 5 Star Reviews

  • This beautifully renovated and decorated home is centrally located in the historical & beautiful, family-oriented Atlanta neighborhood of Grant Park and is walking distance to restaurants, a playground/park, The Beacon, the Atlanta Zoo, and the Beltline. We worked hard to curate the space for you to ensure that you enjoy a comfortable stay. We only ask that you are respectful of our home and of our neighbors. The house is 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two bedrooms in the front and two in the back. There are two rooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms and one room with bunkbeds and one room with two double beds with a shared bathroom. The mattresses are new, comfortable memory foam mattresses. Blankets, pillows, and towels are provided, along with two rolls of bathroom tissue for each bathroom and a starter roll of paper towels. There is a full laundry room with washer & dryer. The large back yard is fully fenced in for families to enjoy. Please note there are only two televisions in this home, but there are a few games and books. There is a baby seat with tray, a pac n play, kids dinnerware, and a white noise machine at the house. If you need additional kid items, please ask to see if we have them. Please note that there are quite a few stairs to get into the house, so exercise caution and please do not book if you or any of your family members are unable to climb the stairs.
