Minimalist Home w/ Yard mins to Airport & Downtown
My home is a super cute mid-century, 3 bedroom/2 bath home on the edge of the Historic College Park neighborhood, a couple houses over from East Point, a transitioning, although family oriented community. The home is very cozy and has a large yard with a sitting area and firepit to be enjoyed! There is also a comfy hammock to enjoy!
The home is about 1 mile from 2 Marta train stations, also accessible by bus. It is a quick 15min ride to downtown Atlanta and the Mercedes Benz Stadium. It is also a quick 7min drive to the Atlanta Airport. The home also has off street parking, suitable for up to 4 cars.
