We were given the wrong apartment and then couldn't get keys to the correct apartment. We spent about 3 hours trying to get squared away. Also, the pool was not operable during our stay. The security guard had to let us on.Front desk staff were great when we went in the next day to get keys fixed.There is no soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer or iron. Communication was poor with slow response times, and the check-in process was frustrating. The FOB didn’t work, and only one of us could access the unit via our phones at a time.
