Our newly constructed, three-level home offers 10 rooms, including 6 bedrooms, 2 offices, and 2 loft areas, accommodating versatile bedding arrangements for your comfort. With marble floors and 12-foot ceilings, this property is ideal for families, large groups, and events, offering a blend of luxury and practicality.

BEDROOMS
Designed for flexibility and comfort, our bedrooms can be easily reconfigured to suit your group’s specific needs. They are intentionally without nightstands or dressers to maximize space and adaptability.

BED CONFIGURATIONS
Our property features a flexible sleeping system designed to accommodate various group sizes and preferences. All beds are convertible sofa beds with memory foam toppers, quilted mattress pads, sheets, blankets, and pillows. Choose between a King-sized bed or 2 twin-sized beds. We can configure up to 20 twin beds or 10 King beds, or any combination in between, ensuring maximum flexibility. The beds can transform into ottomans, sofa chairs, loungers, and beds with a 5-level adjustable backrest, perfect for hosting events or maximizing space.

BATHROOMS
Our home includes 5.5 bathrooms:

First Level:
A unique bathroom setup with tandem shower heads and a sink/vanity, a separate toilet and sink area, and a full bath with a tub, sink, and toilet.

Second Level:
A master bathroom with tandem shower heads, a toilet, and a double sink vanity, plus an additional bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity sink.

Third Level:
Another bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity sink.

LIVING SPACES
Relax in spacious living areas with modern accordion doors that open to serene views. Many rooms have a smart HD TV for streaming your favorite shows. Two Google Jamboard smart whiteboards can serve as external monitors for your computer to watch and share content.

KITCHEN
Prepare gourmet meals in our naturally sunlit, high-end kitchen, equipped with a long island and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. We can provide coffee, tea, or essential cooking ingredients upon request with enough lead time.

OFFICE AND WORKSPACE
Stay productive with designated office spaces featuring desks and high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoy intimate gatherings on 3 decks, equipped with a BBQ grill, or unwind on the spacious private rooftop, perfect for relaxing evenings.

SAFETY AND SECURITY
Our property is equipped with outdoor security cameras and motion sensors to ensure your safety.

NOTES: Essentials: We strive to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you need more towels or other essentials, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Due to the frequent hosting of large groups, you may notice some wear and tear on the walls. We take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Should you encounter any cleanliness or maintenance issues, please reach out to us, and we will address them promptly.

Our home is nestled among beautiful greenery and majestic trees, enhancing your experience with a serene setting. However, this close proximity to nature means it’s not uncommon to occasionally encounter ants or small insects. Rest assured, our home is regularly treated by professional pest control to ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in:
4 PM to 9 PM Eastern Time.
Late check-ins are discouraged after dark for security reasons.

Check-out:
11 AM Eastern Time.
Guest access
Guests have full access to all the main house areas. For your safety and to maintain privacy, please refrain from accessing the garages or sheds located at the back of the property. There are building materials in and around them.
Other things to note
ROOFTOP SAFETY
The rooftop has a maximum occupancy limit and is a highlight of our property. For your safety, do not lean on the railings, and ensure that all activities are conducted responsibly.

Please inform the host in advance about the number of guests expected to use the rooftop to ensure compliance with safety regulations.


WATER HEATING
As this is a large property, please note that accessing hot water may take a moment during initial use. Subsequent uses will provide hot water more quickly.

BALCONY & ROOFTOP USE
Please be cautious: the rooftop and decks may become slippery when wet. By using these areas, guests assume all responsibility for their safety.
Enjoy the views from our balconies and rooftop safely. Do not climb or sit on the railings. Guests should maintain a safe distance from the edge to ensure their safety. We are not liable for accidents or injuries related to these features.

LIABILITY
Please be aware that while we strive to provide a secure environment, guests assume responsibility for their safety during their stay. We are not liable for accidents or injuries caused by failure to follow safety guidelines provided.

NOISE AND CONDUCT
We ask that you respect the peaceful nature of our neighborhood. Keep noise to a minimum and refrain from disruptive behavior. No Pets.

PARKING
The property includes two parking spots; additional parking is available for a fee. Please make parking arrangements in advance to ensure availability.

LARGE GATHERINGS
If planning a gathering, it must be pre-approved by the host. Unapproved large gatherings are not allowed and may result in termination of your stay without a refund.
