The Space:
Located on the 15th floor of the Historic Peachtree Towers, get ready for amazing Skyline Views from the private balcony! This 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo boasts a super comfy Queen Bed with plush linen with a desk workspace, ambient lighting, and full ceramic tiled bathroom shower. The spacious living room features 2 chairs, a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, high boy table for 2, fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 2 and a Smart TV!
Don't forget to catch the serene skyline views of downtown Atlanta outside on the private patio.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo unit! Laundry room is located on the basement floor of the building.

Getting Around:
Surface parking lot right next to the building. Free parking provided during your stay for 1 space in a covered parking deck behind the condo building. Street parking available.
Uber and other rideshare is less than 3 minutes away with great pricing!
Other Things to Note:
This unit is a traditional boiler/cooler system that is used throughout the building. There is a unit in each room. Fan speed can be controlled by switching the knobs on the unit. The building switches the AC to Heat and Heat to AC at the appropriate times during each season.

#### Ok stay until the end!
Arriving check in was ez the condo staff itself was wonderful. The neighborhood has changed a lot since staying in the area a few years ago. The balcony was nice however it faced the back of the building waking up watching the sun rise was nice. The condo was decorated nice but needed some dusting. The last night is when the roaches made there appearance. Instead of enjoying a comedy show we had to shake and pack our clothes . Cleaning the condo for departure the kitchen tooo had roaches . The host was was dimiiive and disrespectful when notified of the issue I would never recommend KEY PROPERTY to stay not to mention she LIED about damages thank god for video !!!!! FIND A BETTER HOST AND PROPERTY!
