Our visit did not start off on the best first impression as when we entered the room we saw a roach run under the fridge. The front desk was very responsive to this and promptly moved us to a different room.
Overall the 2nd room was nice and no problems there.
Now onto the airport shuttle. The van sounds like it is about ready to fall apart at any time and the driver warned us he had to literally slam the sliding door closed to get it to stay (driver said it had close to 400k miles…probably time to invest into a new van). Then due to some unfortunate delays out of the drivers control we waited for 60-75 min at the airport waiting for the shuttle. Communication between the front desk and the shuttle driver could really be improved as all we were told is he is on his way. Then the next morning we came downstairs to catch the shuttle just to find out the front desk had not put us on the schedule as requested the night before…luckily the driver was still in the general vicinity and turned around to pick us up. I think I might opt to use ride shares in the future vs the hotel shuttle.
