Very spacious! There were 5 of us and everyone in the group loved the cute setup. Loft has 2 Queen beds and there are 2 separate rooms downstairs with 1 queen bed and 1 king. Location is easy access to get on the highway if needed. Neighborhood seemed pretty safe and quiet. Owners were easy to communicate with. This was a perfect fit for sleep and breakfast and relaxing on the lovely back porch or the comfortable living room. The home is bright and cheerful and the neighborhood is quiet. Also, although a family with small children was staying in the other half of the duplex, we could not hear anything through the well-insulated walls.
