Apparently they have hundreds of properties and that’s where the problem lies. Before we arrived I checked and was told there would be a nutriBullet in the unit and I planned accordingly. Upon arrival, it was not in the unit. It took them 2 days to get it to me with one excuse after another for why it wasn’t delivered. It got to be comical at a certain point. I have had a better experience with individual owners who care about their properties. I will be more careful next time when I book.
