MARTA operates both bus and rail lines throughout the city and into nearby suburbs. ... Uber and Lyft are also available in Atlanta Other Things to Note: Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control. Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control. AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice. Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you. Interaction with Guests: This unit is totally private! You don't have to interact with anyone apart from check in and showing your ID to lobby front desk. Our team is available If something should come up. There’s always people outside of the building smoking, I did not feel very comfortable with my little ones. Our parking spot was occupied by someone else when we arrived. Since there is a parking reservation needed in advance I think they could verify that is free before the guests arrive. This made us wait for more than 20 minutes during check in and we needed to come down and move when the spot became available. Only one elevator was working (out of three) on the second day of our stay, so we waited for more than 30 minutes to get down, we couldn't use the stairs since we had 2 strollers and it was 12 floors, we missed a reservation in the aquarium. Unfortunately the people working at the lobby are not very kind (I understand this is out of the owners control) but it did not make our stay pleasant. The apartment was clean but the listing does need some picture updates, the curtains on the main bedroom and common space did not work, so there was a lot of light coming in in the morning, not great when you have a baby and a toddler sleeping. The host was answering my questions in a timely manner and I recognize not all items are under their control. They also request to take out the trash to the first floor… I don't understand why we need to do this if we are paying for a cleaning fee.I wouldn’t recommend for families with little ones. ##### Lucia J. The location is really good too. It is within walking distance of everything downtown including major arenas. The apartment has a lot of windows and blinds will need to be closed if you don’t want the apartment to get super hot. The iron in the apartment is due for a change out…if you put water in the iron it will leak on your clothes…but the sheets on the bed were clean and most importantly the bathroom was super clean. I wouldn’t mind staying here again. There are actually 3 bedrooms which was a nice surprise. I would suggest putting curtains up at the french doors for both bedrooms to offer privacy. The condo could also use some touch up painting. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of clean linen. The trash chute had fruit flies and they were also in the condo Not alot, but noticeable and my son went to the pool and there was a rat under a pool chair. I dont blame these things on the condo owners, this is more of a property issue. I felt safe with the secured entry amd 24 hour security. I would stay again if I come back to Atlanta. It's close to everything! The aquarium, world of coca-cola, the olympic park, and countless restaurants. ##### Ayanna H. It has been modernized with soothing neutral colors and attractive appointments. If it had a tub instead of a shower, it would have been perfect. The ice machine was erratic, but there were ice trays as well. There were just enough plates, bowls, glasses and utensils for the three of us, but a few extra would be nice. The location for our meetings at Peachtree Center was very convenient. Parking garage was a nice additional perk. ##### MARK G.
