The reserved parking spot was a huge plus for us. There are some strange smells from the neighbors that permeate the hallway at times and carried into the condo. The unit itself was cute and spacious, but it could use some updating and there were a few minor maintenance needs but overall, it was good for my stay. I truly appreciated the Keurig, and the views from the 24th-floor screened-in balcony were amazing, especially at night. I chose this unit due to it being so close to the venue I was at for a conference for the week. It's pretty much within walking distance to everything. ##### Bobbie J. I didn’t want to bother her but if I needed to, she answered. We came to Atlanta to see Dave Chapelle at the State Farm Arena….around the corner. The show exceeded our expectations since Dave brought some surprise guests along with him!!! The building was so quiet and private. I loved the balcony. I’d come back just for the view. I didn’t want to get out of the shower. The bed held you like a bean bag hug, and the place was stocked with everything. Having a parking space was one of the main reasons I booked here, and it mattered more than anything in the world since most places start at $10/hr. The option to walk everywhere was a plus since we caught the end of the summer weather! Can’t wait to come back, and I only wanna stay in this same location. It had parking included and most activites were within walking distance. The patio had rocking chairs and was great place ot have coffee in the morining. Bakery was less than half a block away. The rooms were comfortable and had ceiling fans. We were in town when most days heat index was over 100 degrees and the air conditioning worked great. Had full size refrigerator, dishwasher and glass top stove and regurlar oven plus good size microwave. It is not a new property but well kept. The bathroom had been redone and great walk in shower . Plenty of hot water. Desiree was truely a Premier host. She was responsive when we had a question, before and during our stay, and took care of a situation when it occured. We had no worries. Would definately stay there again when in Atlanta. Building is secure with 24 hour controlled access. Laundry facilities in basement but we didn't require them. The real plusses of this condo are the fact that it's on the top floor so you don't hear your ceiling getting stomped on at all hours, the parking spot (because parking in Atlanta is expensive), and the great location. And Desiree is a fantastic host--friendly and very communicative. Check-in & out were a breeze. The location is phenomenal. It's four blocks to the World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Park, and the Aquarium. An easy walk. Additionally, it's close to the Marta subway and the really handy Marta Streetcar. Great coffee is super close at Cafe Fwi in the AmericasMart building, 2nd floor.The condo has just about everything you'd want. We found the roll-away twin bed great for my kid. However, there were a few minuses to mention. First, the condo really wasn't as clean as we thought it would be. Major things were clean: sinks, shower, toilet. But there were dirty smudges on the doors, the rug didn't look clean, and there was food spatter on the wall above the trash can. The cabinets and trim are a little worse for the wear, if you're the type who wants that freshly renovated look. I don't think it matters tho. Two of our three nights were too hot for us. There's no thermostat, so you're stuck with whatever AC the building pumps in, and it wasn't much at all. The ceiling fan thankfully helped. A window in the bedroom doesn't seal completely and whistles pretty consistently. Even considering these, we found it to be worth the price and we had a good stay. ##### G. R. We were so happy with our stay in Atlanta! The condo is only \~20 minutes from the Atlanta airport. The building is very secure with a manned front desk 24/7 & key fob entry for residents; very quiet & the staff is very polite & friendly. The unit is on the top floor with a nice view of downtown Atlanta from an enclosed patio; was very clean & quite spacious. The kitchen has full size appliances & a microwave; fully stocked with dishes/utensils & even some condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc); a Keurig coffee machine w/several complimentary K-cups; dishwasher; dish soap & sponges. Ample towels & hotel size shampoo/conditioner/lotions were provided. The King size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable & the A/C worked well for our stay in May. There is a big TV in the living room with 2 huge comfortable couches & a smaller TV in the bedroom. The unit also has a dedicated parking space in the open lot next to the building. There is an key-fob entrance to the condo right by the parking lot. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance (\~3-4 blocks) from the World of Coca Cola, Georgia Aquarium & Olympic Park. There is a CVS & several restaurants on the blocks nearby. Desiree was an outstanding host! She contacted us immediately after booking with some preliminary info; then provided more detailed info the day prior about the unit, check-in/check-out, parking & condo rules.
