The hotel itself was a fine overnight stay. The breakfast was a disappointment. Went to get coffee at 8:30. The tables were not kept clean and the coffee area was not supplied with the basics like sugar. Hardly any fruit and the baked goods were pretty much gone.

The Staff Members were AMAZING! Gibraan, Kelyn, Lance, Clarence, Lamont, and Cathy’s level of kindness, professionalism, and Customer Service is THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD at a Hotel! Because of them I will stay here whenever I come to Atlanta! Please let them know that I said this about them! They deserve the recognition! Many thanks to them!

When I arrived, they gave me a room that was connected to another room, which I didn’t like so I had to go back downstairs and change my room to a different room. The room they gave me this time smelled like smoke and continuously, someone flushing, the toilet, or running of water by this time it was late I didn’t want to go back downstairs and change another room so I dealt with it that night was terrible. I couldn’t even sleep at all. Then they changed me out to another room which was much better I was only here for two days I slept one night there. I was going to a conference and was coming back a little later than the check out my car was in the garage. I asked him can I extend it for one hour? They told me no I spoke to the manager , he said no there’s nothing he can do I would have to pay again for parking which I thought was crazy I would never stay there again.

Hotel canceled my reservation despite receiving payment and confirmation a month prior. When I arrived at the hotel around midnight, the hotel staff was extremely rude and made zero effort to make any accommodation or even give an apology. I was left stranded in downtown Atlanta. Would avoid this hotel at all cost!

Booked a deluxe king bed room, was given a room with two double beds instead and a terrible view. When I called to the front desk to tell them I had been put in the wrong type room the lady was very nonchalant and told me there had been overbooking and there wasn't anything they would do. I asked why I couldn't be moved to a king bed room considering we had gotten there early in the afternoon and she let me know that it was overbooked and due to booking with Expedia there was nothing they would do. She clearly didn't care at all and basically told me that. Won't ever stay at this hotel again

It was very nice having the parking garage connected to the hotel for easy access to and from. It was extremely clean environment and the staff was courteous! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

There might be other properties that are just as good for less but I have no complaints about my stay the staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, check in and check out quick. Only self parking available but the parking garage is connected to the hotel so it was very easy to park ($35) and get in the elevator to go inside the hotel.

Good again.
Service and check in was great. Next time will ask to be on the 7 th floor with the ice machine and maybe in a room with a taller toilet. For some reason on the 9 th floor the water in the shower did not seem as hot or strong as lower floors where we have stayed in the past. Otherwise a great stay!
