Afterwards, venture into the game room for a game of table tennis before showcasing your video game skills on the vintage Pac Man and Galaga. Continue gaming at the double hoop basketball unit and board game table. At sunset, treat yourself to some R & R on the back porch vintage swing.

This property has everything you need to vacation together with your family and friends or work in executive style comfort. Upstairs, you will have four bedrooms with smart televisions ready for streaming and two full baths. The downstairs layout consists of one bathroom with a shower, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, granite countertops, and a large granite island to enjoy your meals. You may also wish to dine in the beautifully decorated dining room set for six. Also, you will have a private study for those who need to work and a large den where the family can gather to talk, play games, or watch television. Your getaway awaits! The Colonial Charm is the perfect place for entertaining by day and relaxing by night. You will have access to the entire house which includes two levels, a large private screened back porch with a vintage swing and giant Jenga set, and ample backyard space to enjoy your meals after cooking on the charcoal grill or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. You will have free WiFi with complimentary Netflix and 5 Roko Televisions ready for Streaming. The Game room is fully equipped with vintage video game machines (Pac Man and Galaga), game/card table, kids air hockey, dart board, 2 player arcade basketball, and ping pong table. As you make your way up the back staircase, it will lead you to a Movie room where you can make popcorn, have a Karaoke night, or kick back and watch your favorite Movies via Streaming. Guests will have complete private access to the entire house and backyard with keyless entrance at the front and back doors. This Home is in a Strict HOA neighborhood. As such, there can be NO Parties, Events, or large Gatherings of any kind. Small Gatherings are permitted.

Ten (10) Guests are included in the contracted price. Please note that a List of all Guests and Visitors will be required prior to check-in to further ensure the number of guests stays within the required limit. If any additional guests stay overnight, there will be an additional charge of $20 per person per night. Please update Visitors’ information as needed. Violation of this requirement may result in termination of your reservation. Please comply with these rules as the health and safety of everyone is of upmost importance to us.
