The staff absolutely amazing. The room super clean, and the shower water pressure was great and hot water. Felt safe and tons of surrounding shopping and eats. Definitely my choice for future visits.

I should have paid attention to the reviews talking about the lack of hot water. I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt that it would be fixed. The first 4 nights of my stay I had luke warm showers, at best. I dealt with it. The following morning, I woke up with NO hot water at all. NONE. When I spoke to the front desk staff the morning after I arrived, I was told the plumber was on site working on it. There was no plumber vehicle on site and I was later told from another staff member, there wasn't a plumber on site. When I asked about there being NO hot water I was told that the plumber messed up the day before and would be back at 7 a.m. and the manager would be in at 8 a.m. I expressed my frustration and asked for the manager to call me. At 9 am, no manager and no plumber. Again, I was assured the manager would call me. At 10 a.m. I finally checked out a day early and was promised the manager would call me to discuss my stay. I never got a call. The staff clearly just tells guests what they want to hear, even if there's no truth to it. Also, this is a new hotel but is in bad shape. One elevator is out of order. The other elevator doesn't work right - I was told I needed to push the door open button if I want it to open when it stopped at my floor. Otherwise it would keep going. Trust me when I say, there are FAR better options in this area. DO NOT stay here. The building is in bad shape, the front desk staff lies and the manager doesn't care about what's going on

Clean rooms but noisy
Hotel is pretty new and the room was comfortable and clean.The hotel is loud and you can hear other people walking and making noise. The hotel also faces the Highway and the road noise was crazy loud all night long. The water pressure in the shower was insanely low and took forever to get rinsed.Check in was slow because the computer was having an issue but the employee was nice and friendly. The lobby floor was pretty dirty and the luggage cart was covered in pet hair. The hotel is new and nice but it’s surrounded on all sides with a couple of run down motels with people hanging out in the parking lots of those motels. So it has a lot of good and bad. Clean nice room but hotel is noisy with the thin walls and highway noise as well as being next to run down motels.There are a ton of restaurants nearby which is a plus.

We stayed here for one night with a dog, 3 adults and a baby. It was a great hotel for our quick stay! Very clean! The front desk guy was very nice!

Property was not opened yet and greeted by some scary looking people sleeping against the building with a note on the door to call a toll free number to help me find other places to stay. I feel like they should have called me or Expedia.

I arrived late at night to the hotel only to find no one there. They had a note on the door that gave a number to call so they can find you another place to stay. I was not ready for this after a long day of driving and did not call their 800 number to find another hotel. I thought that I would have been notified in advance.
