HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed. PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building.
