DO NOT BOOK! Check-in and process for parking was very confusing and systems did not work as described. Unit is part of an apartment building with both permanent residents and guests. Immediately parking garage was absolutely trashed, hallways are run down and dingy. We got into the unit to find hair in the bathroom, and a unit that was not as described and not as photoed. As soon as we got off the elevator and into our unit the smell of marijuana gave us immediate headaches and was super strong. We did not feel comfortable whatso ever. Looked like the converted balcony had plastic coated glass, floors were dirty, just a terrible experience from every direction. We immediately left the property and found another place to stay. No way to communicate with the property, having to go through Hotels.com for a refund, which has not been an easy process.
