Downtown and Midtown are pedestrian and bike-friendly and it’s easy to explore on foot or rent a bike. Other Things to Note: Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises.
