Comfortable well-appointed house in not the greatest neighborhood
Our party of 5 stayed here for 3 nights to attend a music festival in Atlanta. The house itself was nice on the inside. Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, 2 nice bathrooms. WiFi and TVs worked great (TVs in living room and all but the queen guest bedroom). Plenty of kitchen supplies, washer and dryer if you need them (bring your own detergent). Hot tub in the backyard was great, though we couldn't get all the jets to work (it is possible we missed a setting/control, but we fiddled with every control we could find). It is definitely an older house with an updated interior. Needs a bit of work here and there (master bathroom tub handle fell off and was difficult to set water temperature, we had to repair a kitchen cabinet door that fell off when we opened it, and the kitchen/dining room floors felt "wonky" underneath our feet). We also ran into several earwigs, so there may be moisture issues. Would also suggest more lighting for back yard/hot tub area. Our biggest issue was the neighborhood. It is definitely an older housing area and not the prettiest (we did not feel unsafe at any time, plus there is a security system...so security/safety we felt was NOT an issue). We had issues with a neighbor doing burnouts for an extended period in the middle of the night. The host (Patrick) was very nice and communicative. So we would suggest a few updates/maintenance tasks, but it is a comfortable house with plenty of room and a good host.
