Summary:
Peachtree Towers lies in the heart of Atlanta’s hotel district are the perfect option for business travelers, weekend adventurers, families or couples looking for comfort and convenience.
The Space:
This cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo boasts all the comforts of home in a prime downtown location. We recently put new flooring throughout the unit December 2024\. The open-plan living area is warm and inviting with comfy seating in front of a large flat screen TV, seating at the kitchen bar counter and a fully-equipped kitchen with all you need for your stay in Atlanta. The living area opens to a sunny enclosed balcony with city views below.
At the end of a day of Atlanta activities and events, this condo sleeps 5 guests in a comfortable king bedroom with a sofa bed in the living area and an additional twin foldaway bed for extra guests.
You’ll enjoy the best of convenient downtown living when you stay at the impressive Peachtree Towers, a skyscraper when it was built back in 1962, the first residential building in downtown Atlanta and once the tallest at 23-stories. Immerse yourself in an urban lifestyle with upscale amenities from the luxurious lobby with a 24/7 concierge and doorman to easy keypad access, double pane windows, sound proofing and updated interiors in all apartments.

An Important Covid-19 Update: Keeping our guests safe is our top priority and we have enhanced our cleaning process to align with the new Covid-19 guidelines to ensure you’ll enjoy a safe stay when you book one of our downtown Atlanta condos. Each rental is deep cleaned, disinfected and sanitized prior to arrival with special attention given to high-touch surfaces.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo.
The Neighborhood:
You’re within walking distance to Atlanta’s top attractions including Americas Mart, Peachtree Center, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, the Georgia Dome, Phillips Arena, Centennial Park, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Fox Theater, Tabernacle and endless restaurants and entertainment venues. You’re less than 15 minutes from the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and a short drive to Atlantic Station, Midtown, Virginia Highlands and Inman Park.
Getting Around:
Peachtree Towers has paid parking on the premises and even if you don’t have a car, getting around Atlanta is easy! You’re conveniently located near several MARTA stations and the Atlanta Streetcar that connects downtown with the Sweet Auburn neighborhood and King Historic District for easy public transportation. Downtown and Midtown are pedestrian and bike-friendly and it’s easy to explore on foot or rent a bike.
Other Things to Note:
Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Concierge: Peachtree Towers is a residential building, and the residents are quiet, but if a neighbor does make too much noise please contact the concierge staff and they will address the issue. Please try to avoid making noise after 8pm.
Trash chutes are located at the end of each hallway.
Please note: Your reservation is subject to cancellation if you fail to upload a valid photo ID and credit card or complete a rental agreement when requested. Additionally, if your credit card payment is declined or does not process successfully, your reservation will be cancelled. These steps are required to verify your booking and ensure a secure and smooth check-in experience

Great Condo 7-0 at Peachtree Towers. Well maintained and kept. Jodie the host did an excellent job of answering all of our questions before arrival. Parking nearby was fine. Don't pay too much attention to Google reviews on that. Easy walk to Mercedes Benz Stadium and other local sites. Thanks to Jodi for having a well prepared, clean, and easy access condo. Will definitely use this site for future visits to ATL. Go Hoosiers!

My wife and I planned a trip to Atlanta from Knoxville, Tn to get away for the weekend. I picked this property because of its proximity to the Aquarium and World of Coca Cola. I talked to the owners a couple times about minor issues and found them to be very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The condo was exactly as advertised and very nice. We loved our stay and will stay again.

Perfect place downtown for the weekend while we went to Shakey Knees Festival at Piedmont Park. Clean, easy check-in, good location, and friendly staff working the front desk! We had everything we needed for the weekend. The only thing that was confusing in the listing was if parking was included. The owner took time to personally call me and discuss options. That is above and beyond in my book! Because we had other family visitng, and staying out in Decatur, we opted to park in the garage by the Decatur Marta station and take the train downtown. The Peachtree station is no more than a 5 minute walk, and we easily went to Art Center and Midtown stops to hang out with friends and go to the festival. You could easily pull up and drop your things at the front door before parking if you wanted. We did Uber one day, and there are plenty of locations for easy Uber pick up on the block. Convenient shops close by or a short train ride away. This apartment is older but well maintained and most importantly, clean and comfortable. Great price for the location in my opinion! We would definitely stay here again.
