Welcome to Our Peachtree Towers Suite – 16th Floor
Our cozy suite is located on the 16th floor of the iconic Peachtree Towers, perfectly situated at the corner of Peachtree Street and Baker Street—right across from the Hyatt Regency and just three blocks from Centennial Olympic Park. You'll be in the heart of downtown Atlanta, with attractions, dining, and public transit right at your doorstep.
Thank you for considering our property! My wife and I personally own and manage two condos in Peachtree Towers and have been active hosts on VRBO since 2010—over 15 years of experience. We're proud Premier Hosts, consistently rated 4.8 out of 5.0, with a long list of positive reviews. Many of our guests are repeat visitors and we’re proud of the relationships we've built over the years. As former real estate agents, we know how to provide a professional, smooth, and welcoming experience from start to finish.

About the Condo:
This 600 sq ft unit features:
A full living room with 58" Flat Screen Television
A separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed

A remodeled bathroom with linens, towels, and blankets

High-speed internet WiFi (Fiber)
The building offers 24/7 security and concierge team.
Sleeping Arrangements:
In addition to the queen bed in the bedroom, the living room includes a queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa. While we've selected a more comfortable model from IKEA, please note that sofa beds are best suited for occasional use and may not match the comfort of a standard mattress.
Getting Around:
We’re just one block from the Peachtree Center MARTA station, making airport access and local travel super convenient. Atlanta is also well-served by Lyft and Uber. With downtown traffic and limited parking, we recommend enjoying the city on foot or via public transportation.
Parking Information:
Be advised.... Parking is not included with your reservation. Many of our guests don’t require it, and we’ve kept our rates lower by not bundling in a parking fee you may not need. If you do require parking we can provide suggestions. There are several convenient garages and lots nearby. "Spot Hero" is a popular choice for reserving parking spaces and one of many options available.

As advertised, the place was clean and comfortable. Location was close to the Mercedes-Benz stadium. Only complaint was the homeless idiots outside that constantly harrass everyone. However, thats on the city, not the host.

Easy to get to from airport train which saves $ from taking a taxi from the airport. Building has excellent front desk staff. Good communication from owners. Comfortable unit with full kitchen and equipment. Very convenient to walk to tourist/game area like the stadium.

My son and two friends had the opportunity to stay here while attending the Passion 2024 event at Mercedes Benz Stadium. They were very pleased and complimentary about the location and this unit. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to all inquiries. We would definitely recommend this property!

#### My first experience with this method of accommodation
I have never stayed anywhere except a hotel or luxury cabin while on vacation before. My son and I loved the stay! The property owner was so pleasant and helpful! They reached out to me before I had even left the airport to make sure I had the appropriate codes and understood how to check in. They offered to let me check in early since the place was ready. The concierge at the building was very pleasant and was helpful with the check in process. The condo was pleasant and comfortable. It was like staying at a friend's house while they were out of town! The downtown location wasn't quite as ideal as I hoped, but that is a city issue, NOT an issue with this unit or the owners. I will definitely check with these owners to find a place to stay next time I travel to Atlanta! I am hopeful that they have something a little further from downtown, but still with close proximity to public transportation. Again, that is a personal preference for surroundings, not a reflection of the owners or the actual property.
