"The $400 unexpected deposit on a trip. My white coca cola shirt came up missing after the cleaning staff came in to clean up our room. The $28 parking fee per day. I never paid for parking while staying at a hotel and I thought that was ridiculous."

"Location is good. Room had an empty water bottle on the floor upon check in. There was a broken piece of a light fixture on the hallway floor as well. Elevators were a little confusing. The food was very good though at the bar and the sundial. The bed was comfortable as well."
