"Found a cockroach in my bedroom. Told staff and I was upgraded to a better room. My son and his friend where given each a $60 arcade gift card and we didn't have to checkout till 1pm. Other than that, it was ok."

The hotel and restaurant staff were all excellent. The view of the lake is amazing. Can't say enough good things about this place. "
