Alemar is a comfortable 4rd floor apartment located in Kallithea. A quiet escape from the intense Athenian life. The comfortable spaces offers you moments of calm and relaxation day and night!

It accommodates a comfortable living room with a sofabed that can accommodate two extra guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.  
  
The location  
The apartment is within walking distance of many traditional taverns, restaurants, bars. Also nearby you will find the center of Kallithea with restaurants, pharmacies and supermarket as well as the local market to do your shopping!

Environmental Fees are mandatory based on the Greek government legislation and are not included in the the accommodation stay price. These fees are charged per night as follows:
