- Separate covered entry, designated driveway parking. - Quiet, safe neighbourhood. - Washer/dryer, full fridge w freezer, counter top oven, 2 burner induction top. - Queen bed, gorgeous new deluxe shower. - TV with free internet. - Desk space for work. - Room darkening blinds. - Mobility Friendly with ramp available if needed. - One small pet ok. Pet care services available for a fee.
**$45 Cleaning fee can be returned, if self clean is done to level required for a new guest.

If it is cleaned near standard for another guest arrival, I will return the cleaning fee
