Stayed in December during our visit to Pairi Daiza and Brugge. We stayed in a clean, spacious room and if you didn’t get it cleaned for a day you’d get a bar voucher. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. We got to breakfast quite late in the morning so lots of the food had run out. Managed to catch the smoked salmon on one out of the two days. There’s a do it yourself egg station for boiling eggs which I thought was quite cute, but you must keep an eye on your egg so no one nabs it lol! The restaurant is closed on Sunday, but we ate there on the Saturday evening. The server was very unfriendly and you could tell he didn’t want to be there. The food was ok, no complaints. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere, but we would stay again if en route somewhere.

Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were not cleaned during the day. We had booked a room for 3 people so a spare bed was added to the room. No extra pillow are toweös though. Bedlinen had holes. Breakfast was very basic. Many tables were not clean and staff were nowhere to be seen. Staff at the reception were very friendly.

Mooi hotel. We hadden t geboekt omdat we een dagje naar Pairi Daiza gingen, dat is ca 20 minuten rijden. Parkeren was gratis en voor de deur. Ontbijt was goed uitgebreid, alleen de aanvulling liet wat te wensen over. Voor een schappelijke prijs kun je daar ook avond eten, dat was goed verzorgd ook. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind vollkommen ausreichend und ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war normaler belgischer Standard - es gab allerdings sogar auch frisch gepressten O-Saft. Das Badezimmer ist allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.
