"We had a wonderful holiday thanks to the hotel's great location, spotless cleanliness and the warm, friendly attitude of the staff. We also really appreciated the daily changing traditional Turkish breakfast that reflects a thoughtful approach that helps reduce food waste. It is definitely a hotel we will happily choose again next year. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. 💫 Gerek konumu ve temizliği, gerek ekibin güler yüzlü yaklaşımı ile bizleri çok mutlu eden bir tatil geçirdik. Her gün değişen serpme kahvaltı konseptiyle aşırılıktan uzak, israfı önleyen bir anlayış sergilendiği için de ayrıca beğenimizi kazandı. Seneye yine tercih edeceğimiz bir otel oldu. Emeği geçen tüm çalışanlara çok teşekkür ederiz. 💫"

"I've been to lots off country's around the world. I've looked after Royalty, A list stars , politicians and now footballers. I avoid the high end hotels for a reason. I loved this little gem off a hotel in kas . We stayed in the penthouse, Seaview, with a large balcony and jacuzzi, the views are special and it was nice and private. The location off this hotel is brilliant, a very short walk to the town which is very busy at night. Don't think this is a small village in turkey it's certainly might have been a long time ago but you'll love it. The breakfast is very good and your served nearly instantly. The Staffs English is limited but hey my turkish is none existent, a few more smiles wouldn't go wrong . The building is beautiful and is clean. The only let down is the cleaners. The cleaners need changed or re trained. We only let them in four or five times over the 12 days and they just skim over the room . Toothbrush marks from when we first moved in still there when we left yes lots off Toothbrush marks . I asked them to clean behind the big mirror and and in the corners when I was in the room and they just soaked the floor and skimmed over it . Done it myself Fire ash on balcony from wild fires just brush into a corner. I might have high standards but some off the cleaning was just basic. I'll be going back to this hotel no doubt about it , I loved it ,bi love the location, . Please don't let slack cleaner's spoil it , they'll sort it x"

"Payam Hotel est très bien localisé; à distance de marche des artères principales et des bons restaurants de Kas. Le personnel était accueillant et aidant, le stationnement facile d'accès et le site était très bien entretenu. Mention particulière au petit-déjeuner qui était excellent (probablement le meilleur de tout notre séjour en Turquie), diversifié et permettait d'avoir une superbe vue sur la mer. Nous avons eu un petit souci à notre arrivée avec le réfrigérateur et le personnel a tout fait pour le régler, même si cela a dû se faire après plusieurs tentatives. Ils se sont également assurés par la suite que le service rendu avait été satisfaisant; ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avions réservé la chambre deluxe avec balcon et vue sur la mer; confortable, spacieuse et propre; à la hauteur de nos attentes."

"Konum olarak çok iyi, doğrudan Küçükçakıl plajının karşısında; odalar ferah, klima yeni, çalışanlar ve otel sahibi çok yardımsever ve ilgili. Kahvaltısı iyileştirilebilir, fakat biz genel anlamda oldukça memnun kaldık, Teşekkür ederiz."

"The hotel is very nicely maintained. The rooms are not large, but they are comfortable,, modern and clean. The staff is very, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is included in their partner hotel, which is just a short walking distance. It is a nice breakfast, but be aware that if you avoid gluten, meat or dairy, the options are limited. We would stay there again."

"Love the new hotel, the friendly helpful staff who are part of one big family. The breakfast was vast and yummy. The location was terrific, so near to the harbour, shops, bars and restaurants. The pool and area around it was lovely and clean. I will be staying there again. Very safe area even if you are by yourself."

"very kind staff. Very helpful especially with Parking. And it was very nice to have free Parking.The breakfast was delicious and very cute seating area. Great shower. Lots of hot water. The bedding and pillows were a bit hard for my preference. Also for some reason, there were lots of doors slamming during the night, I don’t know if that was just guests being inconsiderate, or if the doors were very heavy, and slammed when people were just trying to open and close them. Great value for the price, especially when most other things in town we sold out"
